We were entering hearing screening results today. When we finished and tried to print labels, the formatting on the labels was wrong. After several tries and a lot of frustration, we finally (always the last resort) called Information Systems. We found that the label part of the program is broken, it has been reported and the programmers will have it fixed next week. That is wonderful, but by next week, all the hearing screening information that we entered will be lost and we will have to re-enter everything.
Is there a way that Information Systems could e-mail all the secretaries as soon as they find out there is a problem like that, so we don't all waste our time?
Did this happen to anyone else? Are we the only ones who get mad about things like this?
