We were entering hearing screening results today. When we finished and tried to print labels, the formatting on the labels was wrong. After several tries and a lot of frustration, we finally (always the last resort) called Information Systems. We found that the label part of the program is broken, it has been reported and the programmers will have it fixed next week. That is wonderful, but by next week, all the hearing screening information that we entered will be lost and we will have to re-enter everything.

Is there a way that Information Systems could e-mail all the secretaries as soon as they find out there is a problem like that, so we don't all waste our time?

Did this happen to anyone else? Are we the only ones who get mad about things like this?

Hi Sharon,
Yes, after the October Release download on Monday, the Health Labels are not centered on the page correctly. Skyward has been contacted and the fix will be here next week. It is a good idea to email users and let them know, I have done that in the past and will make a note to do that from now on :)
Your information entered will not be lost. The information is there, just the label format used to print it is not working correctly. I will send out an email when the fix comes down and is working correctly. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
