I agree, it would be great to be able to see the teacher name on Hearing labels and have the option to sort by teacher (when printing the whole school) on both Vision and Hearing labels. This has been requested in the past and our programmers are working on it as we speak :)
I spoke with our Programming Supervisor this morning and he is following up on the request. So, hopefully we will have that option in the near future!

The way we solve this problem and it saves a lot of time we keep the "yellow" health records in a binder one per grade, and with ABC tabs so each card in each grade is in ABC order. Then you don't have to pull out the perm files find the card, put it on. You pull out one binder run cards ABC order for the whole grade and stick them on. It is very fast saves hours of work if not days. My office assistants love it!! Plus it is easy access for the teachers to look up the hearing/vision results. Question?? Call me Jenny 565-7484
